Movement Consciousness
All movement is condusive to body toning and shaping to self confidence not just when we are engaging in regular routines..on certain days..Movement should and how we move should be a intragal part of our daily living..movement consciousness...When engaging in the mundane activities, how do you bend, what muscles are you conscious of interacting with.. is your movement smooth and sponteneous with awareness..Because awareness of ourselves us, not in a self conscious way dissloves the mechanical sleep state that we lull ourselves into, do little things like flexing different muscle groups etc..do it in a chair while workig, get up as much as possible and watch how you do what you do..Yes, make consciousness a lifestyle, not just at certain time..and while eating really taste the flavors, understand that this is the nutrition that is of sustaining and prolonging life not for outside of ourselves, something to do..love it in a new healthy way ..change your thinking..change your life and your body..

If you've read my initial "Movement Conscious" in this piece I talked about how it is very empowering to use all our time in attention and how we use our muscles when we do ordinary things in the course of the day..in addidtion it continues to tone us we pay attention to the different muscles , groupings, and we are in the moment ..another perk is in this, these moments of awareness,it takes one to a different level in consciousness and dimension, also contributing to our gracefulness in these movments..it slows us down.try it ..
